General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales

 

  1. General Conditions

These General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales apply to online ticket sales issued by Autotrans d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as: Autotrans) on www.eurolines.hr

 

  1. Contract of Carriage

Autotrans sells online tickets for connections marked on www.eurolines.hr.

By online booking, seat for outbound part of the journey is automatically reserved and is charged according to the valid pricelist.

It is not possible to reserve a seat without purchasing a ticket. 

If an open return ticket has been purchased online, it is obligatory to book a return journey at one of the official ticket offices.

The Contract of Carriage is deemed to have been completed upon a successful payment transaction. Immediately upon the purchase, the ticket and the invoice shall be delivered to the Passenger via e-mail.

     

 

  1. Ticket and invoice delivery

The Passenger is obliged to print out the ticket and invoice and bring them along.

By boarding, the Passenger is obliged to deliver the corresponding coupon of the ticket to the driver and is required to keep the invoice during the entire journey and produce it for inspection when asked.  

 

  1. Fees and mode of payment

Information on ticket prices can be found at www.eurolines.hr or at any ticket outlet of the company Autotrans.

Online tickets can be paid by credit/debit cards American Express, MasterCard, Maestro i Visa.

Instalment payment is not possible.

 

  1. Online booking period

Tickets referred to in article 2 of these General Conditions can be purchased on the web sites www.eurolines.hr, not later than:

  • 1 hour before departure in national road transport and for departures from Croatia to Trieste and Ljubljana
  • 6 hours before departure in international transport and transport within the European Union (excluding Trieste and Ljubljana), for all departures from Croatia
  • 24 hours before departure in international transport and transport within the European Union (excluding Trieste and Ljubljana), for all departures to Croatia

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds are possible only pursuant to Article 9 of General Conditions of Carriage.

Refunds shall be made on the basis of a completed Refund Claim Form, which can be downloaded here.

The completed Refund Claim Form must be sent in good time to the e-mail address reklamacije@autotrans.hr or by registered mail to the postal address  Autotrans d.o.o., Služba podrške prometa i prodaje, p.p. 288, 51000 Rijeka. The Refund Claim Form can also be submitted at the nearest Autotrans ticket office.

The refund shall be paid exclusively to the credit/debit card by which the purchase has been made.

 

  1. Amendments

 

Amendments to online tickets are not possible. Should there be a change of a reservation, it is necessary to submit a Refund Claim and buy a new online ticket.

Final provisions

For all not expressly foreseen by these General Conditions, reference shall be made to the General Conditions of Carriage of the carrier Autotrans d.o.o. The carrier may change these General Conditions in accordance with its commercial policy and valid EU regulations. 

These General Conditions shall enter into force on the date of enactment, and shall be available to passengers on the website www.eurolines.hr. With the entry into force of the present General Conditions, the General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales of 10th March, 2015 shall cease to have effect.
